The very enthusiastic, warm and beautiful welcome by the very friendly staff on arrival truly set the scene for the next 24 hours at the resort. We were both in awe of our accommodation. we agreed that the bure was by far the best accommodation we had both experienced yet! We felt that we could easily have been the only guests on the island due to the very private setting of each bure. The plunge pool was a delight - even with the rain :) We were able to relax so easily and quickly. We loved the fuss free experience of going to the restaurant and the meals "appearing" so to speak without having to think about it. The meals were fantastic and the portion sizes just right! (One can eat too much at times :)) Your staff were very friendly and attentive. It had been approximately 30 years since I last visited your island. As a child I had sailed to Beqa Island with my family for the holidays and at the time would do day trips to your island. I remembered going to the sand-bank island (which we just did not have enough time to experience this trip). It is wonderful that you have been able to bring this beautiful piece of paradise to the rest of the world... meanwhile keeping all its natural beauty. Our stay was too short..and it was difficult to have to go. We will both remember our stay at Royal Davui fondly and will be sure to tell others about it. We both hope to be back one day soon.......'
